Get back to your game.
A game is blank or stuck loading
Return to the arcade, reopen the game page, and press Let’s play. Loading can take longer on a slow connection because artwork and game code must download. If it still fails, refresh once and try a current version of your browser. Keep any unsynced Elsewhere save open long enough to export a backup before refreshing.
No sound
Sound starts only after you interact with the game. In Elsewhere, press Music off to enable its soundtrack; in the other games check the sound toggle after starting. Check device volume and the browser’s tab-mute setting. Music is optional and there is no spoken narration in the novel.
Fullscreen on a phone
Use Fullscreen on the game page or inside the game. Where native fullscreen is unavailable, the player expands to fill the browser viewport; the browser may keep some of its own controls visible. Use Exit × or Escape to return. Landscape gives action games more space, while the novel can be read in portrait.
Controls seem stuck or unresponsive
Tap or click the game after opening it so it receives keyboard input. Use its pause button when switching tabs. For shared-keyboard Riftbound, a keyboard may fail to register some simultaneous combinations; try phone controllers if that happens. Touch steering in Neon Drift is held, not repeatedly tapped.
Where progress lives
Emberwake campaign checkpoints and Neon Drift’s garage and scores are saved in this browser. Private browsing, clearing site data, or using a different browser can remove or separate them. Riftbound does not save a match or championship after you close the tab. Elsewhere uses an online recovery code and supports file backups.
A phone invite will not connect
Keep the Riftbound host tab open, use the correct invite for each player, and use the same Wi-Fi where possible. Create a new room if the old one has expired. Direct connections may fall back to a relay, which can increase input delay. An internet connection is still needed for room setup; this is not an offline LAN mode.
Accessibility and motion
Elsewhere offers larger text, keyboard advance, numbered choices, and no time limits. The action games support keyboard and touch controls but require visual timing and spatial movement. The website respects reduced-motion preferences; the games still contain animated effects. We do not claim full screen-reader support for canvas combat or racing.
